1. Summary
SE Color Picker is a Chrome extension. It does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. There is no account, no server, no analytics, and no telemetry.
2. What data the extension stores
The extension stores the colors you pick, the palettes you build, your favorites, and your preferences (such as your default copy format). All of this is written to Chrome's local extension storage on your device using the standard
chrome.storage API. If you're signed in to Chrome and have extension sync enabled, Chrome may sync this data across your own devices — that behavior is controlled by Chrome, not by us.3. Permissions we request, and why

- We do not read or store the content of the pages you visit — only the pixel color you actively pick.
5. Third parties
SE Color Picker does not integrate with any third-party service. The Chrome Web Store distributes the extension and Chrome's sync (if enabled by you) may replicate local storage across your devices; those are Google services governed by Google's policies.
6. Children's privacy
The extension is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.
7. Changes to this policy
If the extension ever changes how it handles data, this page will be updated and the effective date above will change.
